About Dr. Colavita

Dr. Angelo Colavita is a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist who graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998 as Magna Cum Laude. He also received his board certification in atlas orthogony from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 1998 where he still serves as an adjunct professor. He is a certified instructor for Atlas Orthogonal Modular Seminars. Dr. Colavita sits on the board of directors of the RW Sweat Research Foundation where he trained directly under Dr. Sweat, the pioneer of the Atlas Orthogonal technique. He is chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Foundation and Vice-Chairman of Atlas Orthogonal/National Institute of Health Research Program. Dr. Colavita serves as an FDA inspector of the Atlas Orthogonal instrument and has been a contributing author on many texts and educational materials concerning the atlas orthogonal approach and therapy. He is an advanced graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and certified in Forensic Risk Analysis and Brain Injury Traumatology. Of the 250 trained Atlas Orthogonists worldwide, there are 5 recognized Masters in the technique. Dr. Colavita is recognized within the top 3.
