For patients with dental insurance, your coverage may offset a portion of fees for service and we will submit your claims for you.
We are a participating provider with Delta Dental Plans and patients who have Delta Dental coverage will receive the contracted adjustment applied to their balance.
TMJ related visits are billable through your medical insurance. You may contact your medical insurance to inquire about your out of network coverage.
