Our practice consists of several different "types" of patients:
- Dr. Vita's dental patients who have all of their dental needs met in our office
- Dr. Vita's TMJ patients who have their TMJ and dental needs met in our office
- Dr. Vita's TMJ patients who have been referred by their dentist
ALL PATIENTS WHO ARE REFERRED TO DR. VITA FOR TMJ ISSUES ARE INFORMED THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE ALL OF THEIR NON-TMJ-RELATED DENTAL CARE AT THEIR REGULAR DENTIST'S OFFICE.
TMJ patients often require additional restorative dental services as well as routine dental care. Dr. Vita works closely with referring dentists to see that any necessary dental adjustments such as bite correction and other non-surgical procedures are addressed as well as periodic checkups and cleanings.
